Hummus Veggie Wraps
- Hummus (your choice)
- Sliced Cheese (your choice)
- 1 Sliced bell pepper
- 1 Sliced Cucumber, lengthwise
- 2 Sliced Carrots, lengthwise
- 1 Sliced Avocado
- Toothpicks (optional)
- Spread 1/4 cup hummus on each tortilla.
- Top with spinach, cheese and then sliced veggies.
- Wrap by folding in both short sides, then rolling up the rest.
- Insert toothpicks to hold the wraps together.
