Hummus Veggie Wraps



  • Wraps
  • Hummus (your choice)
  • Spinach
  • Sliced Cheese (your choice)
  • 1 Sliced bell pepper
  • 1 Sliced Cucumber, lengthwise
  • 2 Sliced Carrots, lengthwise
  • 1 Sliced Avocado
  • Toothpicks (optional)


  1. Spread 1/4 cup hummus on each tortilla.
  2. Top with spinach, cheese and then sliced veggies. 
  3. Wrap by folding in both short sides, then rolling up the rest. 
  4. Insert toothpicks to hold the wraps together.
