Banana Chocolate Chip Frozen Bits

Ingredients:

6 very ripe bananas

3/4 cup Mini Chocolate Chips

 

Instructions:

Line baking sheet with parchment paper.

Slice bananas into 1/2" slices and lay flat on the baking sheet then cover with plastic wrap and put in freezer for 1-2 hrs.

Remove frozen banana slices from freezer and let stand for about 5 minutes

Place bananas in Food Processor and blend until smooth and creamy. Stir in 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Grease muffin tin pan with non stick spray. Scoop the banana ice cream into the muffin tins 3/4 full.  Top with chocolate chips.

Place tin back in freezer for about an hour.

Remove from tin and place into container and eat as desired!
