How to re-activate your account

To activate or reactivate your account, follow these instructions:

Request an Activation Email by clicking the “Send New Activation Email” button or you can locate the LEARN MORE link at the top of your account and follow the instructions to reactivate the account.

 

 

 

If you no longer have access to the email address associated with your account, update your email address under "My Profile" first.

If you have not received the Activation Email within a few minutes, then your email provider may be blocking or filtering email from InboxDollars®. In this case you would want to contact your email provider and ask that your emails from InboxDollars be sent to you.

Be sure to add the following email addresses to your address book or contact list to be sure your activation email reaches you.

  • paidemail@inboxdollars.com
  • supportcenter@cotterweb.net

Click the activation link within the Activation Email that is sent to you. *Be sure to have your Popup blocker turned off for InboxDollars as some links might be using 'pop-up' links within the email.

In certain circumstances, such as if you cancelled your account or your account was deleted due to violation of the Terms of Membership, your account cannot be reactivated.
