How does Offer crediting work?

As a Member,  you will have a variety of Cash Offers to choose from from the Cash Offer links or the Easy Cash link in addition to the PaidEmails!

Members review the offers and select which offer is best suited for them.  Once a Member selects the link from the account they are routed to the advertiser's web page where they can review the offer and the terms of the offer in more detail.  Once a Member successfully completes an offer with the advertiser they then are credited by the advertiser either same day or within 30 unless otherwise noted. 

Most Cash Offers you complete would be reported for crediting by the advertisers to your account from 1 day to 14 days on average, but some will take up to 30 days to credit to your account. 

This will vary from offer to offer, so do not worry if you do not receive credit right away. It can take for some offers to report to InboxDollars up to 30 days but, we do ask our members to wait 14 days before inquiring about crediting. 

If more than 2 weeks has passed and you have not received credit, you can contact us for further assistance using our "Live Assistance" option.  We will need you to include the name of the Offer and the date you completed it upon assistance.  Also, please make sure you completed all the requirements for the offer. *For some offers noted to take 30-45 days to credit members will be asked to wait 30 days for crediting assistance.

PLEASE NOTE that Offers that include ordering merchandise will take 30-45 days for crediting to occur.

Donations to charity offers will take 45 days to credit to the account from date of donation.

Why do you have to wait 2 weeks before inquiring about an offer credit?  The reporting necessary for us to see that you have completed an offer and credit your account takes time.  The exact amount of time will vary from offer to offer, based on many factors, ranging from what type of offer it is, to what day of the month you completed it.  Some offers may require a waiting period of the trial, or a credit card transaction to be verified, your check payment to clear, or other specific requirements you agree to in that particular offer.  For all of these reasons, we do need you to allow 2 weeks to receive the necessary reporting.

  1. Ensure you have met all the offer requirements.  Each offer has terms which you agree to on their site, so make sure you have met all of their conditions.
  2. Use our "Live Assistance" option if you have not been credited after 2 weeks of completing the offer. Please have the name of the offer and date completed prior to assistance.
  3. Have your Confirmation Email from the offer provider ready in case we need to to assist you in crediting.
