Your account is credited for completing a Cash Survey as soon as the Advertiser reports the survey was successfully completed to InboxDollars®.
An email or pop-up notification is automatically sent to you when your account is credited.
If crediting has not yet been applied it is because we have not been notified that the survey was successfully completed or the reporting from the advertiser has not reported the credit.
Please refer to the following for crediting terms for each of the different surveys:
Daily Cash Surveys: Credits can appear on your account in 30 minutes or less or in 1-2 business days and are dependent on the survey provider.

- Peanut Labs
- Market Cube Surveys
- Cint Surveys
- RFG Surveys
- Tap Research
- GSP Surveys
Please note that the survey providers limit successful completions to 1 credit per day with the exception of Peanut Labs who will allow 5 successful completions (credits) per day.
Survey Routers: These are found at the top section of your Survey page and can take up to 2 business days and in some cases up to 3 weeks to credit to your account.
The reason for the crediting delay for surveys that are mailed to you is because InboxDollars® is not credited or notified until the survey is closed. These surveys are usually marked with a #SV_Number.
The Survey Company must wait until the quota for the survey is filled before it can be closed and consequently credited.
