Red Smoothie.
Ingredients
- Beets – 1 small beet, chopped
- Frozen Strawberries – 1 cup
- Red kale – 1 cup packed
- Tumeric – 1 t, grated
- Raspberries – ½ c
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Yellow Smoothie
Ingredients
- Frozen mango – 1 c
- Ginger – 1 t, grated
- Romaine – 1c packed
- Lemon – ½ t
- 1 banana
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Add 1 tablespoon of water at a time if necessary to help blend.
Green Smoothie
Ingredients
- Spinach – 1 cup, packed
- Avocado – 1/2
- Lime juice – 1/2
- Frozen pineapple – 1 c
- Ginger – 1t, grated
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Add 1 tablespoon of water at a time if necessary to help blend.
Enjoy smoothies on their own or combine part of each smoothie in one glass to create a stoplight.
